There’s a shipping delay of 1-5 business days depending on the product and your location. If a delay will ever exceed this, we will contact you to inform you once your order is placed.
Please send us your tax exemption certificate by email. Be sure to send it from the email address corresponding to your account OR indicate your client number in the subject header of the email.

You may view the status of your order by logging into My Account, click on Orders, select the order you wish to view by clicking the order number from the list of orders.
You may view the tracking information by logging into My Account, click on Orders, select the order you wish to view by clicking the order number from the list of orders. The tracking number will link you to the appropriate shipping company.
Your item or order was cancelled because we were unable to receive stock for that particular item. If ever we get it back in stock, we will notify you by email.
You have 30 days to return any unopened item, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a full refund for qualifying items and orders. You must send us an RMA request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you the necessary information.
Open items cannot be returned. Also, special order items cannot be returned. They are indicated in the product description, as well as on the order confirmation.
We invite our customers to take part in our free recycling program. Let us know when you have empty cartridges, and we will send someone to pick them up - free of charge, so they can be properly recycled.
